Darran Sims
Chairman, Convention Finance and Management

Darran is a Devoted Husband, Grandfather of Eight, Artist, Cartographer, Hard-working Convention Organiser, and Keen HeroQuest narrator. His work as an Entertainment Venue Manager means he gets to meet the equally famous and obscure of Britain's popular culture. Getting in at the beginning with helping organise Continuum, as well as being
a regular attendee of Convulsions past, Darran now has an almost masochistic desire to get involved with the organisation of many RPG conventions in the UK. He is very honoured to be Continuum's Chair of the Committee and hopes to deliver an event to remember.

Colin Driver
Seminars, Panels, Events and Convention Timetable

Freeform collaborator, artist, Gwenthia writer and Glorantha’s official Cartographer, Colin hails from London and can be found in the “play-tester” section of quite a few role-playing books. Dropping out briefly to raise two kids - one of whom designed the Website – he’s a regular convention goer and has been with Continuum since its beginning. Colin particularly
enjoys miniature painting, table-top RPG’s, on-line gaming, a pint of lager and a good curry… though not necessarily in that order.

Keary Birch
Tabletop and Roleplaying Games Management

Keary is working his way to becoming an ancient one and is almost a celebrity at conventions as he has been around for such a long time. He first started roleplaying with the first edition Dungeons & Dragons (the A5 buff box before the red and blue boxes were even thought about) but has played most of the games you youngsters talk about. Normally
found propping up the bar but has been know to run the occasional game and rarely even play. He is very proud to be allowed to be part of the committee this year.

Chris Jones
Freeform Games Management

As the new Freeform Tsar, Chris aims to promote and enhance the status of freeforming at Continuum. He has been involved in RPG's since the late 1970's and had been an ardent 'gamer' long before that. He can't remember a time when he didn't enjoy playing games but the advent of Dungeons & Dragons and then Traveller opened a lifelong passion. His first
Continuum was actually the second Convulsions and he has been back every two years since. He enjoys freeform, tabletop and board games and manages to play all three subsets during any given year. Whist he loves freeforming, he is most naturally a tabletop player and has written, played and GM'd a wide variety of games. But his favourites are, and will probably always remain; Traveller, Pendragon, Call of Cthulhu and RuneQuest II.

Julia Rawcliffe
Marketing and Promotion

Julia games erratically, but attends conventions on a regular basis and has done so ever since she was only *this* tall. People never let her forget this. Julia is also bringing Continuum, kicking and screaming, into the 21st Century finally, with such technical marvels as Twitter, Mobile Tagging, QR Codes, NFC, Facebook, and Buzz. [ED-No I do
not know what they are either – I’m still learning to use email. Julia has also managed to bring the average age of the committee down to below forty-five!
